Multi-Sig

Multi-Sig is a custodial wallet that contains a structured set-up for conduction of activity on behalf of the address.

It is the structure of the multi-sig and the quantity of custodians that bring out a higher level of security to the assets held on it, than a personal address.

Typically the voting power required for a transaction on the wallet to occur is a 3 out of 5 or 4 out of 7 set-up, as it should always be a majority rules manner, but never all or 1, as a 1 person's lost or corrupt wallet could make the multi-sig wallet unusable and not secure at those all or one ratios.
